Go see Jared Gertner in Spelling Bee!

Now we just need Stanley Bahorek (and the rest of the SF cast) and we're set. :)

I thought Stanley was great, but if *anyone* from the SF/Boston cast deserves to go to Broadway next, its Jenni Barber. She is an absolute gem.

Who did Jenni play? I went back 2 weeks ago and saw it and loved the new Olive! I liked her better than Celia, she definitely had the child role down perfectly, absolutely adorable. The cast on Broadway now is going to be particularly stronger than it has been in a while.

I think most people tend to like the first cast they saw the best. I am very partial to the OBC, and also love the current replacements on Broadway. I've seen all the other casts from Chicago, SF/Boston, and the Tour, and though I loved many of them in the roles, I still overwhelmingly prefer those people that I know and love that are OBC or in the show now on bway.

Stanley Bahorek was great in SF. We saw it several times. He was my SB crush. Jared Gertner was amazing also. I couldn't imagine a better cast.

I agree with liotte. While I LOVED the Boston Bee, the OBC was just so amazing. It holds a very special place in my heart. It was one of the best nights I've ever had at the theatre and nothing can come close.

Sarah Inbar was just filling in for a couple weeks. Sarah Saltzberg is still with the show.
