there is also "In Our Hands" from SMILE, which is arranged for a female vocal ensemble (in the score) very beautifully, and might easily be translated to a mixed group. It's a nice melody, with the right sentiment. This score, even being from a failed musical, doesn't get its due respect.

If there isn't an SATB arrangement of a song, why not write one? It really isn't too hard. You don't have to analyze any chords, because you can just get a piano/vocal book with the chords already in it. If you're not comfortable with part writing, have someone in a Music Theory class do it for extra credit or something.
Heck, depending on the song, I'd do it for you. It would have to be a song I like, though.

All of the ones suggested are good... if you're willing to choose a non-Broadway song, I recommend "All the Days" by FM Static.

Thanks for all of the suggestions you guys. Does anyone know where I can hear the song or get the music to "In Our Hands" from SMILE? That was one of the suggestions that intrigued me but I've never heard it..

might be a bit dated, but "So Hard To Say Goodbye (To Yesterday)" by Boyz II Men is good, and you can do a lot with the vocal arrangements, depending on your vocalists.
