and so in Norwich last night the 2008 tour of Footloose concluded after a whirlwind tour of the UK and Ireland and if last nights audience is anything to go by this has been a very successful tour.
It was great to see so many of the cast play different roles, particular mention to Martin Johnston as the Reverend, who was superb and heartbreaking and Vicky Marie Ryan as Wendy Jo, a fine comedic actress who discovered so much comedy in this role, very funny. Michelle Bishop was outstanding as Rusty. Maureen Nolan was extremely touching and sang beautifully as Vi Moore.
What this show proves is that you don't need TV names or celebrities to sell this show.
I expect that this show will be back again next year, as least I hope so.
Well done all involved, I'll miss you but until the next time.....
