I didn't considering SJB for The Cher Show but that will be great casting.
Also, I hope it's not Robert Downey, Jr. I like him a lot but the audience will be overrun with Marvel fanatics.

Robert Downey Jr. would be surprisingly good in MFL. While not really what I'd pick, it might be a great big ticket choice. I can see this going down similarly to King and I, a lesser known female theater actress paired with a celebrity.

RDJ would be great but I can only imagine how insane tickets would be to get. I also have no interest in a Cher musical, but I adore SJB

Robert Downey Jr. could be a great choice, but I seriously doubt he would be willing to do a Broadway musical.

Also, will RDJ be finished with filming the Infinity Wars movies by then?

Filming on the second one started in August. They’re supposed to do more in Scotland in July of ‘18. But there’s no way of knowing how much he’s in the second one

I'd be interested to see him as Higgins, but it's unlikely.
I'm more interested by the Doctor Dolittle film they're talking about. Hoping this might be more Rex Harrison than Eddie Murphy, but there isn't mention anywhere of it being a musical.
