Great comet rare promo box

Just returned from the BCEFA flea market and would like some information on a gorgeous box which seems to be a promotional item for the great comet Broadway show. The box has an illustration with the words dare to dream on it and inside beautiful pamphlets describing the show as well as the hard cover book. What is the most interesting is that there is a sealed letter inside which I do not wish to open. I was wondering what is inside this letter if anybody has a similar copy. As well the book has many bookmarks for each Tony nominee approx 12 in total. I presume this was not included in the books sold in stores. Wondering if anybody has any information such as how many of these boxes were made and how much other people have seen this sold for in the past.
The table was selling it for five dollars and I only realized about all the special extras in the box only once I got home.
I thought this was the generic copy that they sold in most bookstores. I almost passed on it because it was so heavy and my hands were already full from many other finds at the fleamarket....

Yes, this is the Tony Voter mailing. There's nothing magical in the sealed envelope --- just a letter from the producers asking you to vote for them.
