i love Runyonland from Guys and Dolls,
the Auction from Phantom, Two Worlds, Little Shop Theme
the Overture (or Ouverture) from Tanz Der Vampire
just gives me shivers, and Hold Me Bat Boy

Still get goosebumps with the Grey Gardens opening revealing Edith and Edie in the 1940s.
That's my favorite by a long shot.
Runners up:
Wilkommen-love that song, saw Alan Cumming do it-wow!
All That Jazz-loved seeing Bebe Neuwirth come out of the floor singing that with the light following her through the floor.
Miss Saigon-didn't love the show-good opening.

WICKED: Scared the S*$T out of me and still does
RENT: VERY engergetic number love it.
Titanic: Nice song, sorta set the somber mood

Not so much the oveture, but the song "LET's HAVE LUNCH" from Sunset Boulevard is perfect to start it out! I love the jazz parts (haha), what can I say?
