We typically go on vacation in January, after a big December sale...
As for the mp3 version of the album on Amazon, my answer is honestly, I don't know. I would hope you would get the Broadway version, but I will find out a better answer for you.

Also join their free Borders Rewards Program. You will get emails with 20%.25%,30% and sometimes 40% coupons off the list price. If I can remember their list price is $18.99. So with coupons, you can get a decent price. And no, I don't work for Borders..I just like a good bargain.

I love Borders Rewards! It is a godsend!
Borders Rewards coupons + Borders gift cards for Xmas + Monthly $5 Borders Bucks =
"If artists were machines, then I'm just a different kind of machine...I'd probably be a toaster. Actually, I'd be a toaster oven because they're more versatile. And I like making grilled cheese" -Regina Spektor
"That's, like, twelve shows! ...Or seven." -Crazy SA Fangirl
"They say that just being relaxed is the most important thing [in acting]. I take that to another level, I think kinda like yawning and...like being partially asleep onstage is also good, but whatever." - Sherie Rene Scott

Robbie,
It's too late now but if this situation arises again (and it will) perhaps PS Classics could include an addition to the main catalogue number to indicate the altered version...such as PS 642RE (but keeping the UPC code for restocking purposes.)
Years ago when Decca reissued their classic shows in fake stero they just added a 7 to the catalogue number. (mono: DL 9020 ; stereo DL 79020)
Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
I host a weekly one-hour radio program featuring cast album selections as well as songs by cabaret, jazz and theatre artists. The program, FRONT ROW CENTRE is heard Sundays 9 to 10 am and also Saturdays from 8 to 9 am (eastern times) on www.proudfm.com
