Posted: 7/30/12 at 12:24amI saw the show 11 times. Took evryone who came to vist. Was there the night Frankel conducted, was there closing night. Each performance I discovered new layers of Ebersole's performance. Wilson was also sublime! The chemistry those two had onstage was breathtaking!

Posted: 7/30/12 at 5:07amI have seenit on youtube at least 5 times I am in aus so cannot see every american production. It is a great show well was the problem was spring awakening was saying that teachers do not treat the students right parents do not listen to there kids and hide info that can protect them and also kids have a hard time at school and they can kill themselves is very true and very much real to me. Where grey gardens was a very well written family dynamic play.

I think JeanGuido might be like...I dunno...a four year old who shouldn't be watching SPRING AWAKENING or GREY GARDENS for that matter. (Then again, he might not get either when he's forty...at least not GG.)
