Grinch CD release date?

Does anyone know when Time Life plans on releasing the Grinch cast recording? I was hoping it would be out in time for Christmas, but since there's no New York production this year are we going to have to wait another year?

What cast is it? Original San Diego, Original Broadway, Second Broadway?

I believe it's the Broadway cast from last year, but I'm not sure since the only mention of this CD has been through the Gypsy CD press releases. I'm guessing this is just going to be another one of those Time Life recordings we're going to have to wait years and years for following the first mention.

The producers of "The Grinch" did not want a cast album made until there was a NY opening this year.....Since there is not one this year in NYC,no recording'"ever" was made. This was not a Time Life decision, but the NY producers of "The Grinch"......a recording will be made this coming year for a release next fall. If you still have a problem please contact the production company in NYC "Running Subways" ,the producers of "The Grinch". They can give you further info on the recording.

Mostly just toward Time Life for announcing sh*t and then not keeping us properly updated. That's a pretty legitimate complaint, I think, and not such an unusual request.
