Groundhog Day - London question

A couple of questions on the West End production of Groundhog Day:

1) I know it was a limited engagement... but given the exclusiveness of the engagement was the attendance generally stronger than Broadway? I'm guessing the answer is obviously yes, but are we talking SRO, or just generally a mostly full theater? Could it have continued beyond the limited engagement given the demand?

2) on the Wikipedia page it mentioned that Tim Minchin promised at the Olivier Awards that GHD would return to London in early 2018. Has anything new come from that comment? (theater, opening day, etc.?)

Basically the theatre it was at worked with dynamic pricing. As soon as the rave reviews came out £30 seats turned into £90 seats. The entire rest of the run sold out pretty quickly and they added a few more shows. I don't think SRO is a thing at that theatre (is it even a thing in the UK at all?) but yes they definitely had enough demand to have had a longer run.
