"Guys and Dolls" Question

There is a line during the scene where they sing "Sit Down, You're Rocking the Boat" in "Guys and Dolls" where one gambler says to another, "Go on [Gambler's Name], tell him what a bum you are!" Can anyone tell me what character says it, and which gambler he says it to?

I believe Nathan Detroit says it to Benny Southstreet.
