Wind it Up...Rich Girl... I enjoy this trend - I don't care if anyone else does. I thought of this last night....drum roll....in her next song - she samples "The Small House of Uncle Thomas" from the King and I!! How great would that be! In the video her girls would have to come out in GIANT skirts and bend over and moon everyone. Perfect.

Yes. Awesome.
...Although I thought her next one might be My Fair Lady or West Side Story. She should do a whole album where she samples showtunes. I'd buy it and most of the world would be oblivious. I remember when her first album came out I actually had to whip out my Fiddler DVD to convince my friends that she had indeed sampled a showtune.

I didn't like it at first, but I love it now. The entire album is genius.

I like this trend too. Her show tune references are the only parts of pop music I know these days.
