I am seeing this in Atlanta soon. I really don't want to, but I thought I would give it a shot. I have never seen the movie, so I have no idea what to expect. I hope it's not all annoying fan girls.

She's really good.

She plays Sharpay, btw.

Bobert: go into it expecting the worst, and you wont be disappointed.

It's not terrible, you understand, but at the same time, it aint all that great either. It's passable regional theatre level stuff.

yeah the girl who plays sharpay does sounds pretty good...i don't know. all of a sudden I am very weary of a stage show. the kids seems to look older.

Haha, was at my cousins yesterday and they watched the movie (yes, I watched it, too, haha, I have a 'sweet-spot' for it) and the characters of Coach Bolton & Ms. Darbus do not sing and from how the musical numbers are listed at MTI's website, they didn't add a song for them to sing.

Wow I can totally see John Jeffrey Martin as Troy, he was in Rocky Horror, and also Hairspray. I saw him as Link in Hairspray.

For all of the "poor (insert name here)" sentiments, I wouldn't feel too bad for them. They auditioned and chose to be a part of this project.
