HORSEY IS NOT ONE OF US!!!! Its not just that you like taboo, horsey. you cant come into a hardcore fan site and fool us. we are the top of the food chain when it comes to peeping out interlopers! we may not know each other personally but there is an invisible asthetic or force that binds all of us and we know you are an intruder!!! the way you write about the show is a dead give away. we know how the post flows when a true fan is discussing a show.

To Orphan and devotees: I'm very new to this site, but I'm mightily impressed with both the detective work and the sense of outrage about these TABOO shenanigans. There's something particularly smarmy about turning a venue for sharing opinions into a billboard for free PR releases. So now we know -- junk mail comes in many forms.

I salute your efforts to keep this forum what it is. The irony here is: some people seem to legitmately respond to TABOO. This manipulation of fan-based word of mouth will only make would-be afficianados predisposed to turn on the show. Big time. When I think that one of my first posts here was a request to "give this show a break before it opens..."

This tactic will bite 'em on the backside, sooner rather than later.

The weird thing is, that the only other place I've seen Horsey post about how much she/he liked Taboo last night, is the official Taboo forum, which is of course also full of genuine Rosie/BG/Taboo fans. Why would a "Shill" preach to the converted? OK, OK, I know I sound reeeaaaly gullible!

LC you're not gulible its hard to know sometimes, but some of these boobs are really bad and obvious at it. Some may slip through the cracks, but most times you can tell by the way they post that either they were hired to write good stuff or they are afiliated with the show and are not reall used to the hardcore "way" of posting. use your instincts. Read one of Horsey's postings and you'll see how cheesy and promotional the writing is. GREAT SHOW. LOVED THE COSTUMES, CANT WAIT TIL THE OFFICAL CD IS RELEASED, WOW YOU GOTTA SEE THIS INCREDIBLE SHOW. That's all nothing else no real passion or undertone of a fan just shill promoting.

today has been full of drama and i take full responsibility for it. Please dont let my police work stop ligit praise and kudos for TABOO. I really want this show to win the day and hear that song "stranger in this world" do well. The true fans among us should just be themselves and call it how they see it or hear it. I've thrown my stone and i don't beat stuff down. There's an old chinese saying, "Never strike someone twice for the same crime."

And also...I first registered under the name "ThroeauVanGogh"
and even posted about "Boy From Oz" on the "Has Liza Seen The Boy From Oz" thread about that show, and also posted on the "Christmas CD" thread. Then I realized that I misspelled "Thoreau," so I changed my name to "Horsey."
So, you see...you got all "fired-up" for nothing.
