Since you didn't actually ask a question, I'll assume you are asking about how to obtain them.
You either call the box office or go in person and request Hot Tix for any show playing at the Ahmanson or the Taper. They have a limited number of tickets available for every performance.

Yes. As I said, Hot Tix are available for any show playing at the Taper or Ahmanson.
The website that I gave you would also give a good indication if they are available.
