It was only a matter of time before someone "put together" a LaChiusa retrospective musical...
In Los Angeles in Fall 2006:
HOTEL C’EST L’AMOUR takes you to a magical honeymoon suite where a young bride and groom try to release their separate pasts in order to begin their married life together.
Using songs from composer LaChiusa’s produced and unproduced works, HOTEL C’EST L’AMOUR is a musical Rorschach Test, open to your interpretation. You’ll never have seen anything like it.
