The original cast album already includes songs sung during the curtain call.

And there aren't added songs from the CD. Read the article. There are songs in the revival that weren't in the original production. The tracklisting is the same as the new cast recording CD.

How are they going to fit 76 minutes of music on to an LP? I thought they could only fit 60 minutes?

It says "The double-album packaging" and "The vinyl set", which kind of implies there is more than one 'disc'.
Though it is unclear if the double-album packaging means that is how they include/can fit a 'collector's edition booklet. But still.
