Hair strobe light?

I'm planning on bringing a friend to see Hair she can not be around strobe lights for too long so I was wondering how long the scene with the strobe lights is? I know their is strobe lights used in the show I just don't remember for how long.

The strobe during "Walking in Space" is maybe about five seconds. It's when they start singing colors after Dionne's solo.

Red black
Blue brown
Yellow crimson
Green orange
Purple pink
Violet white

Partially because I've seen it three times, but mostly because I'm a huge dork about lighting design. It was my fave elective in undergrad and I kick myself every time I see a show for not switching my major.

I know. I'm in the middle of earning a Master's degree sooo I'm thinking after all that debt is accumulated I'll try another round of school. And volunteering in the meantime at some non-profits in NYC. I'm also trying to get far enough out of school that things like SAT scores won't have to be looked up again.
