ya, no one laughed at the line...the first time i saw the show (with Michael McKean and, unfortunately, J.P.) a lot of people laughed.
Guess it is based on the crowd

Bruce also said during YTTM - "Oh, Wilbur, I'm not a desperat housewife..." that got a huge applause...and there was something right before that, but i forget what it is...

Yup...he did mention "Desperate Housewives."
I can't remember what was before that...maybe because I was too busy slipping into a coma and praying for the song to be over.

But when I get really excited/happy/crazed fa ngirly my eyes well up. lol I'm such a sap. But Marc Shaiman is right, andyf. If you hate it so much why did you waste 100 dollars?
