Posted: 8/18/10 at 10:48amI am auditioning for the role of Penny (and POSSIBLY Amber) in Hairspray this Sunday. Our director does NOT want songs from the show, and he has also requested the song be up-tempo. I am a belter with a very high range. Also, I figured this went without saying, but the song MUST be from a musical theatre show of some kind. Thanks!

Posted: 8/18/10 at 11:20amI was suggested "So Much Better" from Legally Blonde by a friend of mine. I can't pinpoint why but I have reservations. Any thoughts? And yes, I do need an up-tempo number :)
