Due to some plot changes, Tracy's portion of the song isn't applicable as written for the Broadway production's plot.

I sampled/skipped thru it, but I didn't watch the entire thing. I definitely didn't watch the ending nor any of the major scenes, etc.
I want to 'discover' the film this Saturday afternoon in a real movie theater. THEN I'll wear-out that poor DVD Screener at home.

i thought it wasnt that good. zac efron didnt impress me,john t either. Brittany snow is a really good actress and i am lad to see her finally in a bad girl role. I love nikki....when she sings you can feel ricki,marissa,and even kathy in her. Amanda,Elijah,and Queen Latifah were def the standouts for me.
I hate how they left parts out of the songs and i hate how brit doesnt sing cooties. Mama i'm a big girl now is left out of the entire movie. in you cant stop the beat ....theres nothing about the von tussle girls.
This movie soundtrack is 2 stars for me and OBCR is 5 stars.

I have complete faith in the movie and I am sure every change was for the best of it ! They made The Producers movie EXACTLY as it was on stage and we all know how that turned out !!!

I heard they had to bring in someone from the Broadway production to sing certain parts for nikki. Has anyone else heard this? Any truth to it? If that is the case, they should have just hired someone from Broadway for the role.
