Quick ticket question, I know you can get discounts on for this show and how to get them, but I need tickets for a show in December and the discount has not been extended yet. I am, however, going to be in the city in a couple of weeks and was wondering that if the discount code was out, can you get the discount at the box office or is that a ticketmaster only deal? Because I guess I would save money by A: not paying ticketmaster fees, and B: using the discount code.

Is this possible? What would be my best bet?

Thanks!!

If you get an email offer or a discount off playbill, you can print the offer and bring it directly to the box office. I live in the NY area and often do this in order to avoid ticketmaster "convenience" charged. As an added bonus, you can often get better seat selection (well, in my experience anyway). I haven't had luck using broadwaybox codes at the box office but, chances are, if it's posted there, you can find it's source and print a copy for yourself. Good luck!

Thanks for the info! Yes, I'm sure i'll get better seats by going to the box office. I just went on Broadway Box and it looks like you can print out the discount and bring it with you (this is what the directions said - so we'll see what happens). I'll do that as soon as it's extended.

Quick question about Broadway Box discounts - I see the discount ends November 14th - but I know this is a constant discount and eventually it will extended - I would think by now it would have been - how long does this usually take? I've never had to wait for the extension because I don't usually buy far in advance. Also, with a show that's closing, is it possible they won't discount the last month?
