I'll take a guess and say Leslie Goddard.... Looks like it could be her.

its not Leslie, she is much shorter and has a different body type then Leslie.

to me, it looks like lindsay nicole chambers...but i know she played tammy so...still not sure.

'Brenda' is the character in the green dress with the brown 'rocket' hair-do. In this picture, Brenda is being played by Lauren Kling. Lauren was the original Tammy on the first national tour and at this time, had been filling in as Brenda on Broadway for Leslie Goddard, who was out with an injury for a few months. Lauren covered Penny and Prudy.

Other notes in this picture - Scott Davidson on as Wilbur and Daniel Robinson, soon after joining the cast as Fender is not wearing the pink Fender costume (it was in the process of being altered for his larger frame), but was in one of the cut Corny costumes.

Who's Brenda? Isn't Brenda the pregnant council member that leaves, giving Tracy the 'open' spot to join the council? Oh, and didn't that Jennifer Gambatese girl originate this role on Broadway, then later taking over the role of Penny Pingleton?
