I consider the "main cast" to be the entire Broadway company so they're present everyday except Sundays when the show is dark. If you're talking specifically about principles, they're present everyday except the days that they are not present. Except for schedules absences like vacations there may be no rhyme or reason for someone being out. But don't worry the show will stand out no matter who is on... not that it really matters since you can't exactly trade in tickets for a different performance.

Except that Lin's alternate plays one performance every week -- either the Sat or Sunday matinee. There is a schedule on their website.
