Hamilton Chicago - Ticketmaster Seat exchange?

Can anyone tell me if Ticketmaster allows seat changes for the same performance of Hamilton in Chicago? I bought when the new block opened and you couldn't really choose seats, now that it has calmed down, I went back and saw so many other options we would rather have still available. I tried calling but was on hold for over an hour and hung up. Just wondering if it's worth trying? I don't mind paying a small fee.
