Hello!
I am looking to get souvenir programs for both Hamilton and Finding Neverland. I know I can order online, but I would like the cast insert as well, which is only available in-theater. If anyone is able to help me out, please send me a PM.

Judging from past experience, those cast inserts are also included when you buy them from online stores as those inserts are put into them at the pressing location. They are not put into them at the theatre. They are shipped to all vendors (including the theatre) with the inserts already in them.

That's not true. Not all inserts are done at the pressing location. In fact, I know a couple of merchandise companies who do them on-site especially with sporadic cast changes and such.
