Seeing the show this coming Thursday (Feb 9th-(!!!!!!!)) does anyone have word on if he is back on his regular schedule after being injured?

He's still recovering from his injury, from what I gather, so no way to say for sure.

He's been off and on sporadically over the past few weeks. There isn't really any surefire way to tell (unless he posts on his Twitter).

He is doing most shows, last I heard, just not two show days
So you should be good! COngrats, I was so sad to have missed him last week!

I understand wanting to see Javi, but whoever you get will be absolutely incredible trust me!! I ****in love Michael (alternate) and I was completely blown away by Jevon (standby). They all do it slightly different, and it's so interesting to see how each actor interprets the character.

How has Javier been doing lately? Is he making all his shows?
We are 0 for 2 when he was scheduled to perform and are seeing the show this coming Saturday night and hope to finally see him!

I've been following this as well, as far as I can tell
Javi does not matinees at the moment. The best chance to catch him is on a thursday, per reports, but friday/sat evening stands a good chance. Nothing is garunteed, it's just how he's feeling that week.
Michael Luwoye is currently leading the Angelica Tour, the current alternate is Donald Webber Jr doing matinees and Jevon McFerrin as the standby for evenings that Javi calls out. imo Jevon is fine if not Javi's level, haven't seen Webber. We're going 7/15, crossing fingers!

My guess was a back injury, but I don't think he's ever said

I'm pretty sure he has said it's a back injury. And Donald Webber is very, very good!

Hmm, wasn't aware he had a problem, but lucked out and saw him this past Thursday after winning the lottery...
