I think Elphaba and Evan Hansen are two of the hardest roles because the vocal compass for both parts is so wide and requires precision and lots of rest between shows to do 8 times a week.

Be More Chill has some pretty hard roles. Rich Goranski has high Es and Gs in his chest voice, Christine Canigula is a very hard role to balance comedy and authenticity, and it can't be easy doing "Michael in the Bathroom" 8 times a week, vocally and mentally.
