If he were still 12 years old, I'd be furious, just as I was over "Prince Faggot" that exploited the persona of minor (by US standards), real-life Prince George.
But Connor Storrie is an adult now, and can make decisions re: that particular moment in the parody. He's also very openly Gay (meaning there's no instance of being outed).
Sometimes laughter isn't meant to humiliate, but to acknowledge recognition of sameness - i.e., I can acknowledge that I also exhibited signals that I was Gay at age 12 - even though I had no idea what I was projecting back then.
The laughter (for me, after watching the complete video on YouTube) lies in the recognition of "that was me, too!"
