Has Anyone Heard of the Midtown Intn'l. Theatre Festival?

I'm going in on Sunday to meet with the creative team prior to a rehearsal for an already rehearsed show (goes into tech this week) to assume a role that has been abandoned by another actor. The show is part of the Midtown International Theatre Festival, which I have never heard of.
I'm not saying anything one way or another... the main point of this meeting is to see if I can learn the part in time for opening (in 2 weeks). I think it'll be no problem, but that depends on how much support I get from the musical director and director...
But if anyone has any info on this, please share!

I heard of an International Musical festival but i thought that was supposed to be in Sept. The one i heard of has 5 shows Canda & Australia are two. I think Stephen Schwartz was supposed to have somthing it the festival too. Does any of this ring a bell?

Obviously this is not the one i heard of . That one still is in Sept. & I will give more info on it when i have it. This festival sounds very interesting too!!

Yes, I've heard of this. INSOMNIA is getting its premier production here. Such a great show. The music is really incredible. It's one of those classic Broadway musicals, except the guy is gay and there's practically nudity, but that's a welcomed addition...
