Has Mel Brooks set himself up with his cock sure, ego maniacal MO?

You mean if I make it to my 70's right? My point is "share the wealth". I know that is very foreign to many but a real philanthropist realizes that true charity comes from generosity in many directions not just a chosen few. What I would like to see is profit sharing throughout the production. Then everyone benefits from the shows success. It also improves the moral and effort the company puts into the production.
As a patron, I would know my money is being well spent.

Posted: 11/7/07 at 7:54pmMy bad on the age. I read a magazine article recently that stated he was 86 and I should have known better than to take half of what they say seriously. However, I still believe this could be his last show. Since it takes a few years to put together a show, I can't see someone (yes, even Mel)in their mid-80's working on a new show. I also think its time for Stroman to cut the cord and get back to some original stuff. My recollection is she was pretty amazing pre-Brooks.
