Has anyone had issues with Theatr app?

I sold two tickets to a show yesterday on the theatr app. 30 minutes before curtain, the woman disputes it.  I then put the tickets back up for sale, and someone else buys it literally thirty minutes before showtime.  The new buyer calls me 10 minutes later saying that one of the tickets was scanned, and the other was being held at the box office.  So basically the first buyer was using the tickets or sold them to someone else, and then went ahead and disputed them. I emailed theatr app about all of this, so I’m hoping I still get the money I sold them for.  Has anything sketchy like this happened to anyone?

Update:  the Theatr app just got back to me, I got my money, I win.  Sketchy people out there I tell ya.

There seems to be a few Asian bots working their way into the app., and I’ve had two issues lately.

1) A woman sold me her ticket for DEATH BECOMES HER back in July, and then when I got there, I was told the same thing - one was scanned already and the other was “returned”. I ended up getting a $99 last minute premium rush ticket and, when I took her to task with both Theatr and TT, I got a voucher from TT that was more than the ticket I bought at the box office (since if you transfer tickets to someone and they are cancelled, the recipient gets a voucher).

2) I went to sell a ticket for HEATHERS for next week and the person who bought it, “Sofia”, sent me an email with a bunch of random characters that came up invalid. I also cross referenced her cell number because I smelled a rat and it came up as a bot number with many Chinese characters.

What happened to Sofia?  Did u end up selling the ticket?
