Has anyone had issues with Theatr app?

Update: the Theatr app just got back to me, I got my money, I win. Sketchy people out there I tell ya.

There seems to be a few Asian bots working their way into the app., and I’ve had two issues lately.

1) A woman sold me her ticket for DEATH BECOMES HER back in July, and then when I got there, I was told the same thing - one was scanned already and the other was “returned”. I ended up getting a $99 last minute premium rush ticket and, when I took her to task with both Theatr and TT, I got a voucher from TT that was more than the ticket I bought at the box office (since if you transfer tickets to someone and they are cancelled, the recipient gets a voucher).

2) I went to sell a ticket for HEATHERS for next week and the person who bought it, “Sofia”, sent me an email with a bunch of random characters that came up invalid. I also cross referenced her cell number because I smelled a rat and it came up as a bot number with many Chinese characters.
