Stratford Festival- generally anything in the Tom Patterson Theatre I fall asleep, which is awkward because the cast can see pretty much everyone in the audience. At one show I was sick and had a water bottle in my hand, I fell alseep and the bottle fell out of my hand and carreened down five wooden levels of seats, causing a big noise.
Also, S.F.'s Pride and Prejudice starring Lucy Peacock. Only thing I've ever disliked her in.

I fell asleep during Star Wars in 1977 also. I do love the movie, but I must have been exhausted.
I met my neice in NY last Spring. It was her first trip to NY and she was dozing during Rent.

During a school trip, I nodded off midway during the first act of a matinee of "Cats". I was elbowed awake by the girl next to me because I started to snore...

My friends know that if they fall asleep at the theater with me, even if it's the worst show ever, they will be in big trouble.
I can't tell you how many times I've been on school trips, seeing shows, and people who haven't slept in days hold their eyes open.

I've never fallen asleep...but I'm poor, so I usually do standing room if I can, and falling asleep while standing up is not one of my talents.
"You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don't make money your goal. Instead, pursue the things you love doing, and do them so well that people can't take their eyes off you."

Was noding off during the 1st act of Pacific Overtures, everyone was really good in the play, but the story was slow and I was really tired. Also during Sound of Music and Oklahoma.

I don't see Oklahoma out of the fear that I'll never wake up again....
I most definitely have issues with my word choices on this board.

1776 (I was 6) and Beauty and the Beast (I was 3). I was seriously contemplating sleeping during Phantom of the Opera but one of my friends took me so it would have been rude.

The only show I've ever slept through was Stomp. Irony, huh?
I was ten and it was late.

Amadeus, for like 5 minutes. It was boring, I'd seen it before and the theater was warm. And my friend sitting next to me had fallen asleep 5 minutes into Act 2, so I was all alone.

I fell asleep for like a minute before the intermission at RENT, but that was because I had a headache and had my math regents that day. But I didn't miss anything because I woke up quickly.

I chose, and my world was shaken- So what?

Only on an 8th grade field trip to see Swing!-we sat all the way up and I don't like shows like that and it remains to this day the only musical I ever saw that I honestly did not at all like.

I fell asleep during most of the night shows at the 2002 National Thespian Convention. I was really sleep-deprived, so at least I have a good excuse...
And I'm pretty sure I dozed off during the tour of "Mamma Mia."
