Don't know if this is a thread already... Just got tix for Torch Song and I was wondering if anyone knows what Mezz Row G left side is like? Just got the $69 seats for that section.
Lobby Hero is at the Hayes now, so it shouldn't be that much of a mystery. Also, I doubt the St. James expansion was literally into the Hayes. They only bought the alley between the theaters.
Has anyone sat in the front side orchestra at the renovated Hayes? Looking at either orchestra F9 or O5 for Straight White Men. I could also do mezz row A on the side but not sure if the lights/railing would get in the way. Leaning toward orch F to be closer, but wanted to see if anyone had input on the sightlines.

I sat in H9/H11 (whichever is closer to the wall, my sister had the other seat). I ran into occasional small issues with Lobby Hero but i'd say it was maybe 5% of the time.
Just wondering if anyone who has been there before and after the renovation could comment on how successful/different it is. Was always so cramped in there, with a dilapidated community theater vibe...
It's still very cramped in the theater. I had Mezz E 2&4. Was very happy to have the aisle as the leg room is tight.
The lobby looks nice; they have pops of orange in places. The basement is nicely done as are the restrooms but the staircase down to the basement lounge is almost one-way-narrow.
The painted interior is interesting. I hope it holds up.
