How do you feel about head mics?  Have they been around so long that you hardly notice them, or do they impose themselves and take away from the on-stage illusion?

Nope....I notice them....for a few minutes anyway.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

I have a strange love of all microphones, and I truly love playing “spot the mic” while watching the show. Sometimes it’s quite a bit harder than others.
