I found this video of Heather Headley in Funny Girl back when she was in highschool and I thought I'd share it with all of you!

Comedy is much more difficult than tragedy-and a much better training, I think. It's much easier to make people cry than to make them laugh.

oh darn, well it's the thought that counts I guess...

i know some people will hate me for this... but hey.. i'll say it anyway... a part of me wants to hear her sing the role of Elphaba in Wicked... just saying... otherwise i agree... i would like her back on Broadway as well

I have not seen this video before either, and this is the first time I have actually enjoyed a rendition of the song. Funny Girl is not one of my favorite musicals by far.

eatlasagna- Nothing wrong with your wish. She would be great as Elphaba, and I would like to see her back on Broadway doing a show, and she'd be great in Wicked.

Miss Heather ain't going into any show as a replacement.

Miss Heather ain'ts gots no wish to returns to Broadways and if she does... she ain't doin' any replacement gig.
