I believe there were a few "demos" over the years, so like I said, I'm not 100% positive which one the OP is referring to, but to my knowledge none were ever released legally/officially.
The Joe's Pub concert was bootlegged and the full show is available in various places on the internet.

The show had been in development toward a planned out of town tryout at the La Jolla Playhouse around the time of the aforementioned concert at Joe's Pub back in 2010, but that production never happened and it seemed like the entire project stalled in the years since.
I know they're currently casting for a workshop happening in LA this fall, so it seems like the show's momentum may finally be back on track. The material I've heard is fantastic, so I hope they're finally able to get it on its feet.

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.

The workshop in L.A. is actually a small-scale production opening at The Hudson Backstage in two months, tickets available to the public and all, which you should totally all go check out if you can, I'll be very jealous.
I would say the momentum is definitely kicking up, this show is great and I think people are going to be very surprised and thrilled by it.
