Is there any nudity in hedda Gabler? If so, who, and how much? My cousin is 15 and wants me to take her. Thanks!

No. None. Ibsen wasn't big into nudity.

I'm not sure what they are doing in the production in Brooklyn, but there SHOULDN'T be any nudity in HEDDA GABLER. I cannot even fathom how any director would factor it into the play.

Haha touchmeinthemorning...it's funny that you say that. Did you happen to see or hear about Mabou Mines Dollhouse? All the men were played by dwarfs (I believe this is the PC term, correct me if I'm wrong) and the women were all tall. Anyway, Nora ends up naked at the end. Pretty bizarre, but oddly appropriate in the context of this production.

There was no nudity in the Cate Blanchett production of HEDDA, but there might have been some in Ivo Van Howe's staging at NYTW with Elizabeth Marvel. I'm trying to remember...
