Ok, so I am choosing between the following for my last two open show slots:
Venus In Fur
Nice Work If You Can Get It
Ghost
One Man, Two Guvnors
Which would you recommend?
I know Ghost is widely regarded as not that great but I am tempted to see it for the technical aspect.
So you know what I have already booked:
Newsies
Once
Jesus Christ Superstar
Peter and the Starcatcher
Clybourne Park
Other Desert Cities
Death of a Salesman
Don't Dress for Dinner
Harvey
War Horse
Porgy and Bess
Evita
Planning to book:
Godspell
RENT

Venus in Fur - Good play; Great Nina Arianda who could be the Next Big Thing.
One Man, Two Guvnors - prepare to laugh
Ghost - no, just go rent the movie
Nice Work is pleasant but very little is memorable
I basically love them all other than Ghost. Venus in Fur is pretty divisive though; Nice Work and One Man, Two Guvnors are probably safer bets. Updated On: 5/10/12 at 11:51 AM
Venus & One Man.
Ditto me on Venus and One Man. Two fabulous plays with stellar performances!
definitely see ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS!!! My favorite show this season.

You and I are both tempted to see Ghost for the same reasons, the technical aspects. As a tech major, I really want to see all the awesome tech stuff they do.

Ghost is worth seeing for the technical aspects. I first walked away from it disappointed because the score was forgettable, but then thought of the special effects and wouldn't mind going back again.
