i think the part in the script that bothered me most was when he talked about hearing Ian have sex in the apartment above him every night while he was in bed yet later on asked someone what Ian's address was. i mean, if he lived in the apartment above him, you'd think he'd know...

He mentions how Ian moved.

Yeah that confused me the first time but I watched carefully for that the next time and the chronology works.

I am so interested to see what changes they make in between Boston and NYC.

I wish a ton of good luck to the cast in the coming weeks. I hope the show is well-received in New York.

Oh, and did anyone else listen to the songs on the show's website? I swear I heard Celia Keenan-Bolger's voice as Laura in the first song.

beyondthebreakofday -- I gotta agree with you. I suppose it could have changed drastically in 2 weeks......but I really came out of it feeling like "so what?". I'm curious to see who this will be marketed to and who the core audience will be. Can't say I'd go see it again.

I never read the book or saw the movie, so maybe I'm missing some piece of pop culture...

But I'll add another cheer for the sets! :)

hey ashley, just so you know that whole, 'marry me', 'did you think I'd say yes' bit is a part of the book and movie. perhaps it just isn't done/played well enough in the show but I think the movie does it beautifully. I think it's really a lovely moment for the two of them but I can't comment on how it's portrayed in the show because I haven't seen it.

What is the website?

Ashley, I just saw your post - I was in the mezz, row E, smack dab in the center. I was going to move down during intermission, but laziness took over.

ETA: Does anyone have the songs on the website as mp3 files? I know they started out as individual files, because I have the one sung by Jessica Molasky, but now its all Flash... Updated On: 10/13/06 at 10:30 PM

Timote- were you seriously at last night's performance too? That's crazy weird. Which song does Jessica Molaskey sing?

Oh- I've never seen the movie or read the book. I don't know how it's done in the movie, but to me it doesn't really make sense in the sohw.

No, I wasn't at last night's. I was talking about last weeks. Altho, that would be kinda wierd.

I do want to go see it again, but my rehearsal schedule won't allow it, unfortunately.

I remember hearing clips (of more than just the three downloads) on the website and now I can't find them, anyone know exactly where on the site they are?

Whatever happened to class?

I just went to the website to listen to them and couldn't find them on the website. I think they took them down- though I can't imagine why they did.
