High Fidelity Casting - Official

Principals - Will Chase, Jen Colella, Christian Anderson, Jay Klaitz, Katy Mixon, Kirsten Wyatt and Anne Warren.

(Small??) Ensemble - Justin Brill, Andrew Call, Matt Caplan, Paul Castree, Rachel Stern and J.B. Wing.

*EDIT: Personally, I am excited about Will (glad to see him back on stage after loving him in Lennon). Most excited about JUSTIN BRILL!! I love him! He is also from Maryland I know some of his family friends and such. A true gentleman and my first performance of All Shook Up had him in the role of "Dennis" - and I will honestly say that I liked him in the role more than Mark Price! Yay for both of them.

I'm especially excited for Andrew Call and Paul Castree. Andrew is amazingly talented and such a sweetheart. I actually had a workshop last year with Paul Castree and Seth Rudetsky where we talked about his experiences with Broadway. Another sweetheart, and such a talent.

I'm really excited for this show. The demo is absolutely phenomenal.

I'm happy to see that Jen Colella has made a swift recovery from being let go from "The Times They Are a Changin'". When you fall off the horse...

I'm still super excited about Will Chase and Matt Caplan, and now I'm even happier that Justin Brill is in the show too! I just wish Julia and Celia had been cast. I would have loved for Julia to come back to Boston.

Justin Brill was amazing in RENT! Good for him!
Tina Maddigan, who plays Sophie in the biggest role of her young career, remembers "bouncing on the sofa as a child at home in Newfoundland, listening to ABBA records." GO TINA!!

Hah. I can so picture Christian Anderson as Dick. I think he'd do fantastic.

As for the "women who have had failed relationships with Chase's character Rob", I assume they're talking about the desert island all-time top five break-ups... which are only in the first chapter of the story. I'm interested to see what they're going to do with these characters.

Where can you find the demo? I have heard one of the songs, but can't find any others.
"This table, he is over one hundred years old. If I could, I would take an old gramophone needle and run it along the surface of the wood. To hear the music of the voices. All that was said." - Doug Wright, I Am My Own Wife

Softershade, it's Rob's mother who sings that song. I have a feeling it'll be somewhat close to the beginning of the show -- not that it matters or anything. :)

In the musical She Goes is actually going to be sung by the friend, Liz. It's based off of a line from Rob's mother in the movie. The newer demo with Chase has some dialogue in the song in which he calls her Liz.
