This isn't exactly Broadway but...

in the Disney movie Hunchback of Notre Dame, in the opening song sung by, oh I can't remember the character's name, his last note is a D an octave and one note above middle C. And it's sung full-voice, not falsetto.

In hunchback that would be Clopin sung by Paul Kandel.
