Hi, I have a couple of questions for HipTix:
1) When you go to the box office, do they double check your account to see if you are gold or not?
2) Do you pay at the box office or online first?

1.) They have always checked my ID when I picked up tickets. I assume they were checking if I was gold (which I am).
2.) Pay online.

They check all IDs, whether you are gold or not, to verify age. When purchasing online or over the phone, seats are not available to regular HipTix members that are available for gold HipTix, so it really shouldn't be an issue.

I went to Violet and had to sign a receipt, but nobody checked my ID. I was shocked.
