ok i really dont liek this...

at my schol if you get any of the shirts from HT with like jonny depp or any classic tv shows or any cool stuff they have there kids at my school will be like you're just trying to be punk...you're really not....like the people there are so prejudice about people who are "invading" their territory that they make fun of it...when in actuallity we're the ones there first...am i making sense? like thsoe of us who have been fans of rent for a long time will be given a hard time because now it'll be a hot topic thing....and the people who shop there will be like we are the true fans of rent...i dunno it just pisses me off how prejudice my area is....did anything i say make sense?

I was terrified of Hot Topic before I actually set foot inside the store. My friend wanted a gift certificate from there for her birthday, so Ihad to go in. Now, it's one of my favorite stores. I love all of the smart-ass t-shirts, vintage rock and roll concert t-shirts, and the movie t-shirts.

Me and my friends combined have gotten Pirates of the Carribean, Ninja Turtle, Dave Chappelle, Harry Potter, The Breakfast Club, Nintendo (Mario Borthers), Tinkerbell, Mickey Mouse, and Pop-eye the sailor man t-shirts from there.

And boatsintheghetto, I feel sorry for you becausethe kids in your school sound dumb. If you want to buy a Rent t-shirt from Hot Topic, just do it. I hope it isn't really awful in your school regarding people's "territory." I guess I'm lucky. In my school, no one cares what you wear or were you shop. If you are wearing a Johnny Depp t-shirt and there's some kid who has liked Johnny Depp for years, he'll just compliment you on your t-shirt and tell you that you have great taste.

Why are some of you freaked out by Hot Topic? It's a cool store, in my opinion.

I think it would wonderbar if Hot Topic began selling RENT merchandise!
