Various of your comments (e.g., the distinction you draw re common law vs codified law) are shall we say revelatory as is your failure to respond to the questions I asked you, that I hoped would marshal your thinking into a useful process. He has an immense amount of knowledge to share with the more uneducated posters on here but has much difficulty delivering it in a positive, helpful and insightful way.
