It's already been in Forbidden Broadway. It didn't have it's own skit but before it was even in previews it went something like this
"Mr. Barfee..."
"It's prononouced Barfae."
"Spell Lestat"
"On moment please...B-O-M-B"
"That is correct."
"I know."
