there actually was a thread on this a couple of months ago and i if i remember correctly the general consesus was that she was very good. i can't seem to find that thread though...

She was wonderful, imo. I attended the final show on Bd'w . Kevin Gray had taken over for Lou Diamond Phillips and played opposite Ms. Osmond. Not only did Marie have the chops, she also was a proper governess and loving and charminmg with the children. Aftr all, she's had enough pratice with her own.

I had friends who worked on the crew when The King and I toured to Portland Oregon and they adored Marie Osmond.
She was such a sweetheart - she took her final curtain call of the final performance with the crew's stuffed animal mascot pinned to her backside.

She should come back to Broadway in something.........I know....she should play Murial in DRS...she would be perfect.

As many times as I had seen the revival (9x), I'm sorry I didn't see it with Marie Osmond.
