we have a new in new Braunfels . We have been performing shows fir 3 years and want to get our show information out and give our actors a chance at being nominated for winning awards . We just did Tarzan and had some very talented actors do we submit videos for them to be recognized or what is the process?

What awards do you want to be nominated for? Most awards related to theatre are based around performing in a specific region (the Jefferson Awards in Chicago, Helen Hayes Awards in DC, Lortel Awards for Off-Broadway, etc, etc). I would recommend finding the websites of the organization that has created and hosts the awards you are interested in and looking up what their eligibility requirements are and what their submission process entails.

It really depends on the type of theatre that you are. If you are a professional company then the previous advice is spot on and you should go through your local LORT organization to find the awards. I will say, having been a judge for a regional theater award for three years, you likely will have to provide tickets to judges and meet strict eligibility criteria that may involve number of performances, artist compensation, years in existence, etc.
If you're a community theater there are often awards dedicated to those as well where the eligibility requirements may be a bit looser.
Based on you saying you're in New Braunfels, TX you'd probably want to touch base with the Alamo Theatre Arts Council (though you're officially out of their jurisdiction which is limited to Bexar County) or the San Antonio Theatre Coalition (SATCO).

New Braunfels is a town in Texas near San Antonio.
