How has WICKED lottery been lately?

Going to be in the city Wednesday and just wondering how Wicked's been.. I know its always pretty packed but how will it be on a wednesday for an evening show?

Considering that it's President's week and schools are off it's sure to be insanely crowded. Either way, it's all based on luck. I've played it three times and won every time and I have yet to win the Hairspray lotto. Good luck.

It's always crowded. It's the only lotto I've ever done where a line actually forms just to sign up. It's crazy.

Just_John, ha! You've won Wicked but not Hairspray...so ironic. tried the lotto over a month ago, about 70 people there for the Sunday 3:00 show. I think you have better chances just entering for one ticket. Best of luck!

oohh i forgot its presidents weekend... oh well I'll give it a go.

I've won Hairspray 6 out of 6 times hehehe.. its my true love hehe.. hopefully the luck will rob off for Wicked!

I'm pretty sure this isn't true. They just pick them in order regardless of 1 or 2 tickets wanted, then if they have only 1 ticket left the ask the next people drawn people, if they wanted 2, if they're willing to take just 1. That's how I got my Wicked ticket (1 for 6 or so). Entered for 2, they drew about 5 names before someone (I) was willing to step down.

just_john ~ I feel your pain. It took 14 times until my name was drawn at the Hairspray lotto ~ when I kept hearing "You can't lose that one!" (I did see it the time before but that's because someone met me at the theatre to help me because they felt bad for me. So of course SHE was drawn. LOL.)

And I agree with what kicknut said. At least at Wicked it really doesn't matter if you put 1 or 2. That said, every time I've entered Rent solo I've won. EVERY TIME.

I've lost the Wicked lottery every time I've tried (including a special matinee performance where there were about 25 people signed up!).

I've also lost Hairspray on numerous occassions. The last time being the only person signed up NOT to get picked. I was not happy when that happened.
