Could someone who knows help me out? Thanks.
I would assume, phonetically "bresh-ee-ah"

I've actually heard it "Bresh-uh"
Brescia was/is my high school guidance counselor's last name.
He pronounced it "Bresh-uh."

Oh darn. I was expecting some sort of uncanny revelation to come about, but alas, we only have the common love of theatre and guidance counselors with the same names on long island lol
Haha o well...
Although he was new to my school when I was a sophomore...
Hm...
Maybe I'm stretching it. It's probably just a coincidence.

If it is pronounced the same way as the name of the city Brescia in Italy, then it is 'Bresh-uh'.
Bresh-uh is the way the man on the "God mike" pronounced it on Friday night, when he told the audience she would be appearing as Marian.

It's definitely Bresh-uh.
Take my word on this one.
The Italian city she's named after is pronounced Bress-cee-a.
